Where can I buy NUK products in New Zealand?

Which soother size does my baby need?
Most NUK soothers in our range are sized 0-36 months, so they suit every age, and some, such as the First Choice Soft Silicone Soother, come in a 0-6 months size for the youngest babies. The size is marked on the pack. Browse the Soothers range, or ask us if you’re not sure which one fits your baby.
What are NUK soothers made of?
Our soothers in New Zealand are made from silicone. It’s durable, easy to clean and heat-resistant, so it stands up well to sterilising. Check your baby’s soother regularly and replace it if you see any wear or damage.
How often should I replace teats and soothers?
Check them before every use, especially once teeth arrive, and replace at the first sign of damage or stickiness. As general guidance, replace soothers and teats every 1-2 months of regular use for hygiene and safety.
How do I clean and sterilise NUK products?
Clean after every use with warm water and a mild detergent (NUK Bottle Cleanser is made for exactly this), then sterilise regularly. The NUK Vario Express Steam Steriliser and NUK Micro Express Plus Microwave Steam Steriliser make it easy. Always follow the instructions on each product’s packaging. A part broke or something isn’t right. What do I do?
We stand behind NUK quality. Contact us with the product name or code and where you bought it, and we’ll sort out the next steps with you or your retailer. Replacement spouts, straws and teats are also available under Accessories & spare parts.
